What is My Aged Care?

My Aged Care offers support and guidance in navigating the aged care system, including eligibility assessments, referrals to service providers, and information on costs and financial assistance. The program aims to provide older Australians with greater choice, control, and independence in accessing the care and support they need to live comfortably and safely as they age.

Comfort Care offers high-quality support services to My Aged Care participants. Our aged care support workers look after the health and wellbeing of clients and help maintain the independence of those wishing to remain in their homes.

What services does Comfort Care offer?

My Aged Care provide services that offers a range of personal care options, which includes showering, bathing, personal hygiene, toileting and more.

Domestic support assistance is provided by carers to do household duties and chores such as house cleaning, meal preparation and laundry.

Flexible respite is day-time service available that can suit your needs. This service offers the chance to socialize and communicate with others and usually occurs at a day centre, club, or residential location.

My Aged Care offers transportation services for its clients, whether it’s getting groceries at your local supermarket, or attending important medical appointments for their health.

Community access is a service My Aged Care offers to enable you to participate in social and community activities.

My Aged Care carers offer yard maintenance which is inclusive of lawn mowing, planting and any other garden related activities you require assistance with, to make your gardens looking beautiful and tidy.

We provide services for customers to assist and accompany them shopping, visiting, and do other social activities.
